This week sees the beginning of the first round of tutorials in the Virtual Mill.
Over the length of the course, all students will have the opportunity to attend three tutorials on their module, delivered by the course tutors. They have access to the Virtual Mill for the duration of the session, of course, and we hope they visit with their mentors.
Some of those mentors will have benefitted from attending the courses on virtual mentor training that have been delivered for UK Flour Millers over the past three months by “The Virtual Way”.
In five two-hour sessions in the Virtual World and Mill, mentors have learned much about the art of mentoring and how to apply it within the virtual environment.
