You will find your way to your accommodation from the airport. There are several ways to travel: bus, train, taxi, ride sharing services like Uber, private transfer, or driving (car rental). For the bus, you can take the AirPort Express 300 bus from Belfast International Airport to Belfast City Centre or the Airport Express Service (Bus 600) from Belfast City Airport to the Europa bus station. If you travel by train, you can start at Sydenham Train Station and take it into the city centre.
You will find your own way between the locations as there is no shuttle service provided for these events. Depending on the locations, you can utilise services like the bus, train, taxi, ride sharing services like Uber, private transfer, or driving (car rental).
At The Merchant Hotel, “self-parking is available at a discounted rate of £15 per night in GO Car Park on High Street for hotel guests. GO Park opening hours are 7am to 11pm Monday to Sunday. Please be aware GO Park will only be accessible during the opening hours.” Upon hotel check out, they will validate your ticket. There are also several car parks nearby, including St Anne’s Square, Donegall Quay Parking, and Q Park in Victoria Square. If you prefer valet parking, you can reserve a spot for £39 per car, per night, per room. Valet cars are received at 16 Skipper Street from 3 pm and pick up is available until 12 pm on the day of check out. Events on Thursday, 5 June will be held at The Merchant Hotel, along with the conference during the day on Friday, 6 June. On the evening of Friday 6 June, the gala dinner will take place at Hillsborough Castle.
The Merchant Hotel’s address is 16 Skipper St, Belfast BT1 2DZ. Hillsborough Castle’s address is found via the zip code, BT26 6TY with parking off the A1 dual carriageway by following the brown tourist signs.
