Coln Mill

Coln Mill is a newly renovated, 19th-century traditional flour mill in the heart of the Cotswolds. Launching in 2026, it will produce a small range of artisan bread flours, as well as offering an opportunity for the public to experience traditional milling hands-on. Utilising an undershot waterwheel and French burr stones, Coln Mill aims to preserve the art of traditional milling while providing high-quality, locally sourced flour to the community.
