With a family milling heritage stretching back to 1790, the company family directors, (who are sixth generation millers), continue the policy of investment in people, plant and processes. The site now has three independent milling units, the latest one commissioned in 2018. This mill incorporates ground breaking control of the milling process in an energy efficient manner. Bradshaws operate short supply chains with arable farmers in the area. Certain grists are augmented with imported wheats from trusted suppliers. The mills operate with exceptional traceability producing flours of exception quality and consistency.
