About the Event
The next UK Flour Millers R&D seminar will be held on Thursday 01 December. This will be a return to the in-person seminars of pre-Covid times and we hope to see as many of you as possible at 21 Arlington Street.
As in previous years, the seminar will bring together experts to share knowledge on research and policy developments, ranging from updates on wheat breeding and contaminants to flour processing and nutrition. The seminar continues to be free for UKFM members and associate members to attend.
This will be a full day event, lasting from 10.00am to 4.00pm. As in previous years, the event offers a good opportunity to network and we will again invite technical directors from baking companies to join us.
