About the Event

We are delighted to be joined by James Slater, R&D Director and Lydia Baines, Marketing Manager both from Puratos, for our Fibre February webinar on consumer understanding and acceptance of fibre.

They will be drawing on a range of sources to provide a holistic overview of consumer understanding and more crucially, acceptance of fibre. These include data from their Taste Tomorrow consumer insight tool – a unique research ecosystem which surveyed over 17,000 consumers. They will also draw on social listening tools across social media channels, which offers insights into how and what people are saying organically on a subject matter. They will also include findings from their Sensobus – where consumers taste-taste products.

The presentation should last around 15-minutes with plenty of time at the end to ask questions.
