Join us for a session which will look at the potential for technology to transform the factories – and flour mills – of the future and result in improved performance throughout the chain, so that the UK remains competitive in both domestic and international markets.
Prasanna Premendra, who leads the smart mill programme at Buhler, will be looking at how flour milling systems have developed, how new information technology is speeding their evolution and what the future might hold. This is especially important as the whole chain responds to the challenge of delivering good quality food in a cost effective and sustainable way.
There will be plenty of time for questions and for participants to explore how these developments might fit with our supply chain and help in meeting customer or regulatory requirements.
