The aim of the session is to offer some insight into the world of lobbying: the different approaches required; the benefits or otherwise of alliances; and how individual businesses can get engaged (directly and through their associations.

We will be breaking over the summer and have two final events in the series. On Friday, July 16 we will be looking the future demand for flour by examining at the shape of bakery manufacturers and the likely demand from the out of home business sector.
Our final session of the series, on Friday, July 30 will review the current and future direction of UK farm policy along with the potential implications for future supplies of homegrown wheat.
