The pass lists for this year’s flour milling examinations have been posted on the website. Congratulations to those whose names appear – and commiserations to absentees.

Students can now set out to scale new heights by enrolling on the 2021-22 course session. The Course Guide and enrolment form are available from, and enrolments are requested by 21 August.

Over the summer, a new Virtual Mill is being constructed, which will provide even greater support for future students; several meetings with mill mentors will be held in July to guide the next steps in its development, before being launched on an excited industry in September.
