In the last couple of weeks we have begun shooting our new video series on flour milling and the people who work in businesses throughout the UK. We are aiming to have a collection of short videos – the boxed set – which will together explain what happens in flour mills and highlight the range of jobs and opportunities available. It will present the industry as it is – a modern, innovative sector full of opportunity for people with many kinds of skills which can literally provide jobs for life.
Thanks to all those who have given their time to this project, which we will bring to fruition in the summer of this year.
