UK Flour Millers is looking to hire a part-time Administration Support Officer on a fixed term contract.



Administration Support Officer (part time, fixed term contract)

 

15 hours a week, initial fixed term of 12 months, starting salary of up to £12,000-14,000, depending on experience.

 

We are looking for an Administration Support Officer to join us at UK Flour Millers, the representative organisation for the flour milling industry in Great Britain and Ireland.

 

This role will initially focus on administration of our training and development activities, with scope subsequently to support across the business more broadly. Every year UK Flour Millers provides training for some 600 students, both in the UK and overseas, with peaks of administrative activity around student registration, exams and results release.

 

We are looking for an experienced administrator, familiar with database management, used to detailed coordination work, fulfilling customer orders. The successful applicant is likely to be customer oriented, with a determination to provide a first-class experience to our students.

 

This is a part-time post, working either two full days a week, or more days, on shorter hours. The total number of hours to be worked each week is 15. Our office is in central London; you will be in the office the majority of the time, with homeworking the exception.

 

This is a fixed term contract for an initial period of 12 months, with a starting salary of up to £12,000-14,000, depending on experience.
